Nelson worked his way up through the corporate ranks and has enjoyed more than 16 successful years in the implementation of best practices and improved operational processes while focusing on manufacturing efficiencies, equipment reliability, QHSE program implementation and management, and elevated workplace culture. A strong operations acumen, along with the natural ability to motivate, have proven to be dynamic attributes during the execution of culture transformations, process improvement results, P&L performance, QHSE program development, and lean / six sigma project implementation. Viewed by many, as an expert in developing and leading teams in operations and project management, Nelson has a multifaceted background in a variety
of industries which include Aerospace, Specialty-Metal Production, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Water Treatment. The favorite part of Nelson’s job is motivating people. Few things are as uplifting as being witness to a culture transformation that is home to excited, happy, and motivated employees.
